RUNNING WERKS HILL WORKOUTS ARE FOR ANYONE THAT ENJOYS RUNNING!
My name is Eshandra Cox I've been running for over 20 years. I am a casual runner and I enjoy running for health and fitness. I have experience with running countless 5K's as well as many other distances. I am also apart of Cox Running Club, where we are a full service race management organization. We will do social runs this fall 2022 and return to our 5K training program starting Spring 2023! For the social runs we will meet on Tuesdays starting September 13, 2022 at 7pm. We will run hills to improve leg muscle strength, quicken your stride, help develop cardio vascular system. In short, hill running helps with overall health and strength. Running Werks is also a great opportunity to socialize and enjoy getting to know one another! Health problems, weight management, tired and sluggish....running werks!!! See you on the trails!!!!
